What's in LOAD?

Two LOAD gummies deliver 5g of pure creatine monohydrate - the dose used in nearly every published creatine study, in the form with by far the most safety and efficacy data. No proprietary blends, no fillers, no artificial colours.

What's in LIGHTS OUT?

Two LIGHTS OUT gummies deliver 170mg of magnesium citrate - one of the most studied and most bioavailable forms of magnesium. Naturally sweetened, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners we wouldn't eat ourselves.

Why magnesium citrate?

Citrate is one of the most studied and most bioavailable forms of magnesium. The laxative effect citrate is sometimes known for only kicks in at much higher doses (typically 400-600mg+) — our 170mg per serve sits well below that threshold, so it's gentle on the stomach and well-suited to a nightly habit. Oxide, by comparison, is cheap but poorly absorbed and we wouldn't use it.

Are your gummies tested?

Every batch of LOAD is third-party tested at a NATA-accredited lab in Victoria, Australia. We screen for ingredient identity, dose accuracy, and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium). LIGHTS OUT testing is in the works on the same model. Email hello@projectarete.com.au with your batch number for that batch's certificate.

Are they suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Both products are vegetarian. They contain pectin (plant-based) instead of gelatin, so they are also vegan-friendly. No animal-derived ingredients in either gummy.

Are they sugar-free? Any allergens?

Yes - both LOAD and LIGHTS OUT are sugar-free, sweetened naturally. No common allergens (no nuts, dairy, gluten, soy). Made in a facility that handles a wider range of ingredients - if you have a severe allergy, email us and we will share the latest allergen statement before you order.

What do I get on a subscription?

Three things: 20% off every order, free shipping, and free gifts on your 3rd and 5th deliveries. The discount is automatic and locked in for as long as the subscription is active.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes - anytime, from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no friction. Skip a delivery if you're going away, change the cadence if you're using more or less than expected, or cancel outright. Your call.

Can I subscribe to both LOAD and LIGHTS OUT?

Yes, and most subscribers do. Both products subscribe independently with the same 20% discount and free shipping. The free gifts apply per subscription, so subscribing to both means more bonuses over time.

What are the bonus gifts?

On your 3rd subscription order: a free Project Arete mystery gift. On your 5th: an extra pack of your subscribed product. Our way of saying thanks for sticking with the daily habit.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all subscription orders. For one-off orders, standard tracked AusPost shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping thresholds for one-offs vary - check the cart for the current offer.

How long does delivery take?

Same-day dispatch from Newcastle, NSW (Mon-Fri, on orders before 2pm AEST). 2-5 business days across most of Australia after dispatch, depending on your postcode. All orders are tracked via AusPost.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're focused on getting Australian distribution right first. If you're outside Australia and want updates on when we expand, drop your email in the footer signup.

What's the 30-day guarantee?

Try either product for 30 days. If it's not for you - whatever the reason - email hello@projectarete.com.au and we'll refund the order. No questions, no asterisks, no "send the unused portion back" hoops.

ACCOUNT & SUPPORT

How do I update my shipping address or card?

Sign in to your account at the top of the site, then open the subscription you want to change. You can update your shipping address, payment method, delivery cadence, and skip or pause from one screen.

I didn't get a confirmation email - what should I do?

Check spam first - sometimes Outlook and Hotmail filter the order receipt aggressively. If it's not there after 15 minutes, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it (and confirm the order is in the system).

How can I get in touch?
