Project Arete 30-Day Performance Guarantee

We believe consistency beats intention.

That’s why every order of Project Arete gummies is backed by our 30-Day Performance Guarantee.

If, after using Project Arete as directed for 30 days, you don’t feel:

  • stronger in training (for the creatine monohydrate gummies),

  • better recovered (for the magnesium gummies), or

  • more consistent with your daily supplementation (both creatine monohydrate & magnesium gummies),

You may request a refund.

How it works

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • You must have consumed at least 80% of the product as directed (based on the recommended serving)

  • Limit one refund per customer/household

  • Proof of purchase required

If approved, we’ll refund the purchase price of the product (shipping excluded).

Fair Use Policy

To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable:

  • Refunds are not available for customers who order multiple units of the same product and request refunds on more than one

  • Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of misuse, non-compliance with directions, or abusive behaviour

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be systematically abusing the guarantee

This guarantee is designed for customers genuinely trialing the product, not one-time sampling.

Important notes

  • This guarantee relates to personal experience of performance and consistency, not medical outcomes

  • Project Arete products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected

We also accept change-of-mind returns for purchased products, so long as the request is made within 14 days of your order being made. Our policy is subject to the following terms:

  • Refund submission must be made within 14 calendar days from your order being placed.

  • The product must remain in its original, immaculate packaging

  • Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, and the refund will be issued once the product has been inspected.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to be systematically abusing the return policy

We also accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been opened or is unsuitable for resale. In this event, however, we offer customers store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this situation.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
